My husband and I had numerous parties over the Christmas holidays and Gaby provided a different dessert for each occasion. Her decadent chocolate fondant cake with a soft molten centre was exceptional. The delicious “Tart aux Pommes” served a very large group and our guests were delighted with it. We also sampled Gaby’s chocolate eclairs, chocolate brownies and a fantastic honey cake which was nicely spiced and not too sweet.

Gaby was generous with her advice as to what desserts would be appropriate for each occasion. She was personable, courteous, prompt and above all professional. We highly recommend her service!

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM....Best macaroons I have ever had in my life! My whole family loved both the macaroons and the chocolate brownies. You can tell that Gaby uses high quality ingredients. I HIGHLY recommend you give Gabylicious a try. You won’t be disappointed.

The brownies are amazing. It is the type of brownie that the moment you put it in your mouth, you would pause…stop… as if nothing else matters other than the brownie in your mouth. The experience is unbelievable, very much like tasting fine wine or having a high quality Belgium chocolate melt in your mouth. I’ve never been a brownie lover but this experience has totally transformed my view on brownies. Highly recommended!
